Membership Fees
Annual membership fees are non-refundable once the membership is activated. If you cancel within 7 days of activation and have not used any benefits, you may request a refund minus a ₹250 processing fee.
Event / Program Cancellations
- By the member: Cancel at least 24 hours before the event to be eligible for a food-pass credit toward the next event. No cash refunds.
- By the Samaj: If the Samaj cancels a program, full food-pass credit is applied automatically.
Trip Cancellations
- 60+ days before departure: 90% refund of the paid amount.
- 30–59 days: 60% refund.
- 15–29 days: 30% refund.
- Less than 15 days: No refund.
- Exceptional circumstances (medical/bereavement) are considered case-by-case.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at info@patidarswajan.org or call the Samaj office. Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 10 working days.
