Acceptance
By creating a member account, you agree to these Terms.
Membership
- Membership is subject to admin approval and payment of the annual fee.
- Categories, benefits and fees are set by the Samaj committee and may change with 30 days' notice.
- Membership is non-transferable.
Event Attendance
- Confirming attendance issues a ticket + food pass. Please arrive on time.
- Seat allocation is via our fair rotation algorithm; individual seat requests can only be honoured after allocation.
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the event; late cancellation may forfeit the food pass.
Trips
- Trips require a deposit at the time of booking. Balance must be cleared 14 days before departure.
- Refund policy for cancellations is covered separately.
Code of Conduct
Respect all members and volunteers. Behaviour contrary to community values may result in membership suspension.
Liability
Participation in events and trips is at your own risk. The Samaj is not liable for personal loss, injury or third-party actions.
